Well Engineered can easily create detailed manufacturing drawings and processes for complicated parts and equipment. We pride ourselves in an efficient and precise workflow, and extensive knowledge of many manufacturing processes. Our staff has extensive experience with all sizes of projects, from a single part design all the way to a 10 000+ part assembly, fully detailed in 3D CAD. We are highly experienced in product certification, with third parties such as ABS, Lloyds, DNV-GL, CSA, BV, and ETL. From sheet metal assemblies, injection molded parts, thermoformed parts, 3+ Axis CNC machined parts, coatings and surface treatments, steel structures, lifting and shipping frames, marine and hazardous area electrical gear, we can design your products and equipment. With experience in resistance welding, laser welding, robotic welding, web handling, hydraulics, pneumatics, controls and automation, we can design and develop your your process.
