Training Institute for the Drilling & Well Services Industry. Well Academy is a new training institute founded in 2012 by oil and gas industry professionals with a passion to improve HSE performance. Leading the development of scenario based well control training, Well Academy provides a first class training facility located in The Netherlands only one hour from Schiphol airport. Well Academy uses a "state of the art" rig floor simulator which can be programmed with a wide variety of well control scenarios and drilling problems. This enables us to provide the drilling and well services industry with well control training solutions which are aimed at increasing both the competence levels and confidence of drilling and well service personnel.
