Welborn Law is a firm dedicated exclusively to litigation and/or trial practice. Our primary areas of practice are criminal and traffic law; however on a limited basis and for established clients we do provide other services including divorce, child custody / support, alimony, division of assets, serious injury, or contract representation. Welborn Law is located near historic downtown Mocksville, North Carolina, just a few blocks south of the Courthouse.
