We bring together staff, student and parent voice through surveys, student wellbeing check-ins and Safe Space confidential messaging. Unlike traditional surveys, insight is analysed the moment feedback is collected — turning it into clear priorities and recommended actions. Welbee also includes a staff wellbeing toolkit, giving schools practical, evidence-based resources to support wellbeing alongside listening and measurement. It’s not an add-on, but part of everyday leadership.
