Veolia UK provides solutions for ecological transformation which means reconciling human progress with environmental protection. We also anticipate the needs of tomorrow with innovative solutions that will decarbonise our energy and heating demands through the development of microgrids and energy management through our Hubgrade solution, which optimises the resources using digital and artificial intelligence. Sims Metal, division of Sims Limited, is a global metal recycler with operations that encompass the buying, processing and selling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Our metal recycling operations are located across the United States, Australasia and the United Kingdom and comprise a network of processing facilities – many with deep-water port access supported by an extensive network of feeder yards. We provide customized recycling services to meet the individual needs of commercial and industrial scrap metal producers, and we buy ferrous metal from metal dealers, peddlers, auto wreckers, demolition firms and others who generate obsolete metal, and from manufacturers who generate industrial metal.

We aim to be the prime source of high quality science used to conserve and enhance the aquatic environment, promote sustainable management of its natural resources, and protect the public from aquatic contaminants.
