We & Company, is a visual storytelling company and platform based out of Lancaster Pa. that is devoted to capturing and documenting narratives that speak to social justice, humanitarianism, and civil rights-vital stories of our current moment that might otherwise go untold and erased. WE incorporate compelling visual strategies, video, photography, and writing in our work, which is rooted in an exploration of history and an investigation of its connections to the current moment. As a company, we are advocates for a strong community and strive to provide a safe place for inclusive and diverse storytelling. Every story is worth hearing which is why you'll steer us in the direction to best tell your tale, not the other way around. W.E. & Company hopes to build partnerships with all capacities of the community including businesses and neighbors. There's a void between the real stories found in communities and the stories depicted on traditional news. — Stories that don't give people a chance to fully or accurately share their story. We’re changing that. We help people feel comfortable and confident in telling their story. When we accomplish wholesome storytelling in the community, people become less of strangers and more like company.
