We curate impeccably designed luxury homes in the most desired locations and take care of interior design, furnishing, maintenance, and administration, so wecasa owners can focus on relaxing. wecasa owners enjoy a full service ownership experience and use a modern app that makes booking and accessing the home frictionless. Each property can have up to 8 wecasa owners (don't worry, you can buy more than 1/8) and wecasa owners enjoy 6+ weeks per year at the property for each 1/8 ownership interest held. Unlike traditional timeshares, each wecasa is a distinct home that's meticulously designed and used exclusively by wecasa owners and their guests. When wecasa owners finish enjoying their vacation home they can sell their wecasa ownership interest and receive the benefit of any appreciation in the value of the property.
