We manufacture wide range of gauges like Plain Plug Gauges, Plain Snap Gauges, Ring Gauges, Special purpose gauges etc in different materials as per requirement like Tungsten steel etc. are manufactured and supplied. Some of the customers include Denso, Omaxe auto, Rico Auto, Honda motors, etc. We can offer upto an accuracy of 2 microns. Our manufacturing facility is equipped with high precision grinding and lapping machines with highly skilled man power. We manufacture the gauges in temperature controlled rooms on sophisticated machines. Our approach to this specialized field is firstly to determine what the requirement is by doing an application Engineering exercise - at the same time understand the total manufacturing - work on this information and come out with an optimum solution to the gauging. We strongly believe that the Customer also plays an important role and contributes a great deal in ultimately coming out with the optimum solution. We, at WEBTECH Gauges are in a unique position to decide which kind of gauging to provide - mechanical and pneumatic. The total process involves conceptualizing, brainstorming, discussions and discussions with customer, make draft proposal, finalise the design, model the concept and propose the solution. Again this is discussed with the Customer/actual user to freeze the same. After ordering the progress, right from completing design, manufacture, end trials and acceptance, is monitored and corrections if any are incorporated.
