Most companies didn't choose a fragmented IT stack, it grew that way: one urgent decision at a time, until no one can say which system owns a given field anymore. WebIQ replaces that synchronisation layer with a single record that every channel, every store and every passport reads from. With ShopIQ, product data, stock, pricing, orders and customers are captured once. Attributes are inherited by the product family, so a correction to the parent reaches every SKU beneath it, and webshop, marketplaces, B2B portal and stores all read from that same record. Around that core platform we built the rest of the suite: ShopIQ POS puts the shop floor on the same stock position as the webshop, SiteIQ is the CMS foundation ShopIQ is built on, WebIQ Mixer handles real-time integration with the systems customers already run, the Franchise Management System gives head office and franchisees one system with their own autonomy, and Pagewize brings ShopIQ to smaller businesses as a self-service product. Because composition, origin and supplier data already sit on the product record, the digital product passport is generated from data you already have, instead of collected a second time, in line with EU ESPR regulation and the Battery Regulation, which becomes mandatory on 18 February 2027. Twenty years in continuous production. Dutch hosting and data residency by default. Built and run in Arnhem, the Netherlands.
