Our founder , late Mr. M. A. Cyril, (1920 To 1997) was a man with a very optimistic outlook ; When he opened his start-up grain distribution business in Kochi , Kerala , India in the year 1942, he was always mused on helping people as well as for maintaining a committed and profitable relationship with them. Through time his trade grew and his ten children further diversified this family run company into other industries such as banking , constructions , real estate , jewellery retailing and information technology in a rapidly developing vibrant city. Mr. Cyril's charisma attracted people from all walks of life to an extent that his philanthropic work lead him to be awarded the title Pro Eccletia et. Pontifice by late roman catholic Pope John Paul II , the highest civilian award by the Vatican City . In the year 1947 he had a pioneering vision to start retailing standardized hallmarked gold and diamond jewellery that propelled our growth today into constructions , gold loan banking , gold jewellery and Information Technology in the city of Kochi .
