Webguardian Information

Webguardian is a public organization committed to protect the individual consumer and respond to problems that arise from internet transactions. We do not receive any government assistance or tax dollars and are not affiliated with any internet businesses. Operating dollars come from individual and corporate donations and from our membership. The information derived from our report center, watchtower, ISP hotline, and Webguardian news center is organized and channeled into an overall profile of general internet problem areas including: false/deceptive advertising, pyramid schemes, email spam violations and usenet abuses. Webguardian creates lists of internet problem areas that web consumers want to know about and avoid! Cyber-consumers can check with Webguardian to learn about current problems with specific companies/organizations on the internet before they do any business with them.
