Weber Sr. (founder) started with a goal of providing affordable housing in and around Central PA. In the last 35 years the business has grown to include four manufactured housing communities and two storage facilities for residential and commercial business without losing the goal of providing the very best service and value in every product. We have focused our business in Lebanon County and with 4 different communities we are sure to have a community near where you want to live. The need for active life-style retirement led us to develop a unique community in Myerstown PA, Jackson Township. We have grown into a company that is big enough to do it right but still small enough to care about the little things.
