Kufunda Learning Village is a center for participatory learning and leadership in Zimbabwe. For over two decades, we have supported communities, organizations, and networks to grow resilience, cultivate leadership, and develop regenerative ways of living.
Our work is rooted in practice and lived experience—from biodynamic farming and holistic education to participatory facilitation and leadership training. We bring together the wisdom of community, the strength of story, and the creativity of co-creation to design processes that enable real change.
Our core expertise is in participatory methodologies such as Go Deep, Oasis Games, and the Art of Hosting. We work with communities, organizations, and networks to create spaces where people can connect deeply, discover shared purpose, and move into collaborative action.
Kufunda is also a place—a beautiful village in the Zimbabwean landscape that hosts retreats, trainings, and workshops. We welcome groups to use our space for their gatherings, and we offer facilitation and design support to help create meaningful, transformative experiences rooted in land, community, and story.
Why partner with us? Because we don’t just teach—we practice. Everything we offer is lived in our own village and community. We understand the realities of working with limited resources, diverse groups, and complex challenges. Our approach combines local wisdom with global learning, enabling partners to find solutions that are practical, inclusive, and deeply transformative.
