Mitre 10 has been a part of New Zealand’s home improvement culture since 1974. We are a co-operative of small and medium businesses owned by Kiwi families across the country, with 84 stores and a national support centre employing over 8,000 people and supporting more than 500 local suppliers throughout New Zealand. The country’s largest home improvement and garden retailer, we are also rapidly growing our trade and commercial business. As one of NZ’s most trusted and reputable brands, we are invested in the communities we are part of. Mitre 10 Helping Hands provides practical hands-on help to schools, sports clubs, charities, and community groups. Located in the historical Victoria Park district of Auckland City, New World Victoria Park was opened in 1999 in preparation for the 2000 America’s Cup defense. Since then we have seen many changes to our store, but what makes us great is what hasn’t changed. The team are dedicated to providing you with an extensive range of products, from day-to-day staples, to international gourmet specialty items and exceptional customer service. Our store also has I shop New World, a platform for you to do your grocery shopping online, wherever you are and at your convenience with the options of collecting your groceries on the way home from work, on the way to the park, as you head to a friend’s house for a wee get together or as you head into or out of town. Alternatively, if you live locally our friendly delivery team will happily deliver your groceries to your doorstep on a day and at a time that suits you. Alongside this is our catering offer – Made to Order. We have an extensive range of platters for you to choose from, which again can be collected or delivered.
