Weave is a technology company enabling retailers to seamlessly sell multiple subscriptions at the same time as they sell hardware. Today, the customer buys the hardware on one website and then goes elsewhere for the subscription or contract: The retailer cannot capture the data needed for a subscription and is not integrated to the subscription or contract suppliers. With Weave technology the retailer captures three additional questions in their basket (date of birth, sort code and account number). Capturing this data enables the retailer to sell subscriptions across multiple markets whilst Weave technology acts as an integration hub, collecting the data and connecting the supplier and the credit check agency, Experian, with the retailer: The customer receives a seamless experience, and the retailer receives the subscription margin to complement the hardware margin.
