Ready Set (managed by Wear for Success) provides professional attire and employment coaching to give people the best possible chance of achieving their dreams. Making a favourable impression at the interview stage of a new career is crucial for ongoing confidence and a successful job search. Through a positive outcome emerges someone once again able to stand on their own feet and achieve considerable life change We believe that everyone has potential. Every year Ready Set helps more than 1,500 people find theirs. Ready Set was established in 2011 as Wear for Success, is run by a small management team, and powered by volunteers including a volunteer Board. We are a registered charity in Victoria.
