We-project company is a Marbella based company linked to the Grupo El Fuerte, a business group with more than 50 years of experience in the fields of tourism and property development. Initially, We-project company was formed to respond to the group’s expansion requirements. We-project company offers project management consultancy, construction management services, FFE and OSE procurement and Maintenance services to Hotels. We-project company is structured by the following branches: We Project We Design We Equip We Resolve At We Project, we take charge of all the tasks related to building construction management, whereas We Design is more concerned with the design of the interior architecture for these buildings. The professionals working for We Equip manage suppliers and acquire furnishings and decorations for the properties. Lastly, We Resolve takes charge of the integral maintenance of buildings. Since the year 2003 we have been outsourcing our services to clients outside our hotel group, working on luxury hotel, residential and nursing home projects.
