We Are Learning is the company behind We Are, the learning design tool for creating immersive, emotionally engaging training. Combining human creativity with AI, interactive scenarios, relatable characters, and high-quality 3D animation, We Are helps learning designers create experiences people remember and can put into practice. With over 25 years of experience in education and EdTech, We Are Learning was founded in Norway in 2023 by serial entrepreneurs Rolf Risnes and Lars-Petter W. Kjos. They believe learning shapes the future. That’s why we put learning designers at the heart of everything we do and aim to make immersive learning content simple, scalable, and enjoyable to create.
