Due to its strength, flexibility, earth friendly properties and abundance, it has become a substitute for materials such as hard and soft wood, plastic and steel. wdf Bambu recognizes the opportunity and challenges in the industry and has built a foundation for the development of bamboo products for international markets. It is equally important that wdf Bambu is a leader in developing standard industry practices, while engaging the industry in discussions and partnerships, to most effectively develop the industry as a whole. wdf Bambu has two primary divisions, HFC (Home, Furniture, Crafts) & Materials. HFC | This division is related to the humble beginnings of wdf Bambu – craft goods. Current operational capacity to produce all of these items under a wdf factory roof. From kitchenware to home decoration and bathroom cabinetry – the wdf R&D team enjoys testing their creative depths. Materials | The Materials division of wdf focuses on pre-finished bamboo boards for use in export markets and the China domestic market. Additionally, wdf Bambu has joint venture partnerships in the production of finished surfaces and building materials for international markets.
