WCJ Ltd is a firm of consulting civil and structural engineers and chartered building surveyors based in Esher, Surrey. Established in 1990, we offer comprehensive, fully coordinated design, project management and consultancy services to clients throughout the south of England. We provide a cost effective, integrated building surveying, structural engineering and construction consultancy service with a single point of contact. Our projects range from multi-million pound new build and refurbishment schemes to providing specialist advice on building defects and maintenance strategies. Our clients operate in most markets and in both public and private sectors.
