Based on years of experience of doing business in Africa and having run a successful trading firm focused on the continent, we saw an opportunity to revolutionize the way business is done in these new markets, using the power of new technology. We experienced first hand the difficulties of connecting with buyers in African markets; sourcing products from suppliers; and dealing with logistical hurdles and complicated payment methods. So we decided to change the way business is done by building an African-focused marketplace to address all these challenges.
