Waylands are a family run and owned motor retail group that proudly represents Volvo in Bristol, Gloucester, Newbury, Oxford, Reading & Swindon. Also representing Kia in Reading & Bicester and MG in Oxford. Our Mission is clear; “To deliver an exceptional experience that customers trust and advocate, to represent our franchise partners successfully and to build class leading environments for every member of our team” The company was established by John O'Hanlon, former CEO of Ridgeway Group which represented many premium franchises in the South of England. Waylands commenced business in November 2017 with its first franchise, Volvo in Reading. The company aims to grow steadily to achieve sufficient scale to compete with the industry's biggest players but to maintain representation that has the feel and culture of a local dealership. We believe that our relationship with our customers goes far beyond the initial purchase of the car. It is highly important to us that we deliver on our promises and offer full transparency to deliver an exceptional experience.
