For nearly three decades, we have brought long-range, strategic thinking to this challenge, focusing not just on technology in the built environment, but also on how people, processes and places fit together to create frictionless communication experiences where people work, learn and play. Waveguide was acquired by Compass Group USA in 2016 and is managed under Eurest. In 2024, Waveguide took over management of Microsoft’s team at The Hive, a working laboratory where Microsoft is building the meeting room experiences of the future.
