Wave by AGC | Bridging Architecture and Connectivity At Wave by AGC, an innovation by AGC Glass Europe, we transform architectural glazing into an active technology to meet the modern challenges of connectivity and security in buildings. Today's energy-efficient facades can unintentionally weaken mobile signals. Our mission is to reconcile sleek design with network performance, providing architects, engineers, and construction professionals with intelligent glass solutions. We offer two cutting-edge technologies: 🔹 WAVETHRU: Transparent Connectivity This unique glazing solution is designed to allow optimal passage for radio waves (4G/5G/TETRA). WAVETHRU ensures high-performance indoor mobile connectivity without compromising on the facade's aesthetics, thermal insulation, or transparency. It is the ideal answer for new construction or renovation projects aiming for seamless integration of telecommunications infrastructure. (www.wavethru.eu) 🔹 WAVETRAP: Security Through Radio Silence Conversely, WAVETRAP is a glazing that selectively blocks electromagnetic waves. It allows for the creation of confidential zones to protect sensitive data, prevent interference in critical environments, or design "disconnection" spaces. An essential solution for security engineering and smart building design. Our solutions are for the visionaries shaping tomorrow's built environment. We work closely with design firms, real estate developers, and telecom operators to integrate these technologies into the core of their projects.
