They call upon our expertise to tear down burnt or damaged buildings that are structurally dangerous to the community. Over the years Watson General Contracting has torn down many venues from vacant schools, the former Beulah Park race track to large apartment complexes reclaiming the land for future development and use. Watson General Contracting have completed many park renovations and site improvements including building pedestrian bridges and blacktop paths. Our latest project finished the final segment of the Ohio to Erie trail for Columbus Metro Parks. Watson General Contracting is a locally owned and operated company with over 29 years of experience, started in 1991 by its Current President Bill Watson. Watson General Contracting focuses on attention to detail from completing the job on time, to staying on budget. We work with both private and public entities and have done numerous commercial and private projects. We took the lead on working with multiple municipalities to help clean up vacant houses all over Central Ohio. Watson General Contracting does large commercial projects with multiple industry leading companies. With a variety of heavy equipment we are able to take down an array of building types. Our high reach can easily take down an excess of an 80' high buildings with ease, along with our experience of doing complete demolition of apartment complexes on over 50 acres of land. Once finished leaving the site backfilled and ready for future development.
