Commercially established in 1999, Waterwoods was the first private lodge at Nagarhole National Park. Waterwoods Lodge is located between two famous Tiger Reserves & enjoys a panoramic view of mist-clad blue skies and the Brahmagiri mountain range in the background. Our property lies on the banks of the Kabini Reservoir and is very fortunate to witness exceptionally reflective sunrises and sunsets on the river itself. As part of a biosphere reserve, we understand our role has implications beyond boundaries. We are driven to add value to these increasingly valuable assets and empowering the people who live in and around them. The Waterwoods team is striving hard to pursue its goals towards sustainable development. Our mission is to achieve energy independence, follow good waste management techniques and work towards sustainable food (vegetable / fruit) cultivation. We believe in serving our guests with warm & luxurious hospitality, while being consciously aware of our footprints on mother nature.
