Collaborative Design for Humans, Being ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Watershed Partners is an integrated solution design firm that, since 2005, has been helping individuals, organizations, and systems make genuine, meaningful transitions from old to new ways of working. Our practise creates conditions to align, optimize and accelerate organizations. We are a team of designers and implementors, philosophers and engineers, ideators and operationalists. This aggregation provides the necessary scaffolding to support groups as they map their unique journey from initial objectives to actionable outcomes. We operate out of The Watershed (www.thewatershed.io), a coworking space we created in response to what we see as a natural alignment between the collaborative design process and the evolving needs of coworking communities.
