Waters Edge Gathering Information

2) Water's Edge is a large church, and as such it is impossible for you to have consistent and meaningful relationships with people you see on Sunday Mornings. When was the last time you had a meaningful conversation on a Sunday morning? They are usually few and far between. 3) Tony can't be everywhere. We have an awesome lead pastor who cares for everyone he meets, but at the end of the day he's only one man. Small groups allow us to distribute Bible study, relationship building, personal care, and service to groups of 10-15 people. Every group has an identified leader who is in place to guide and care for their group. That's something that the senior staff just can't do for you. 4) It's a Biblical concept. In the early church, the believers gathered in a Larger gathering in a central location and then also studied scripture, ate, and prayed together in smaller groups meeting in homes. Check out Acts 2:42-47. So Bottom Line, YOU SHOULD JOIN A SMALL GROUP if you are not already in one. You'll get your chance starting THIS SUNDAY (3/27/11) at both services and online. We have groups for people in all stages of life and circumstance. We love you guys, and we want to serve you and help you grow as a believer. Small Groups are a great vehicle for that. Are you in a group at Water's Edge now? How has your experience been? Do you have concerns about joining a small group? How can we help?
