Waterloo innovation Park a multi-tenant business park that is redefining office space! The site currently consists of 5 buildings with more than 265,000 sf of state-of-the-art tech space, all built around a central amenity hub called "The Link" for tenants of the park. The modern amenities centre is a place where tenants can relax with colleagues and enjoy being outside of the office. The Link is decorated in a modern, upscale decor and contains a catering counter with various seating options to eat lunch, three comfortable sitting areas to unwind and decompress from everyday tasks, a fireplace, Foosball and Shuffle Board tables to enjoy.
