Water Ser Information

SIA Water Ser is mainly engaged in the field of construction and renovation of water, sewage systems, and management of environmental construction projects. By applying effective work organisation methods, the company contributes to the improvement of the clients’, partners’ and employees’ satisfaction, as well as reduces the negative effects of its activity to the environment. Expanding the scope of the services with the alternative technology for construction of piping networks, a permanent representative office of Estonian OÜ Water Ser NO-DIG was opened in Latvia in 2008 which is specializing in the use of closed or no-dig methods in construction of environmental projects and renovation of the existing piping. SIA Water Ser is operating in Latvia since 2001. In 2006, the project management department was launched, which deals with the acquirement and development of the state and municipality projects. In 2007, an independent unit was opened in Valmiera which ensures the company development in the regions.
