We are proud to have technicians and office staff with an average of 30 years experience each in the water treatment industry, some with Water-Pro for the majority of their careers. When one of our experienced service technicians comes to your home or business, they will test your water and inspect any existing equipment you may have. Based on the results of your water test--along with factoring in the number of persons who will be using the water and how they will be using it--we will recommend the necessary equipment, including upgrading and/or adding to your existing equipment, to improve your water that you use every day for cooking, washing, bathing, and drinking. This same service tech will then custom-assemble the necessary water treatment equipment in our shop specifically tailored to your needs. (We don't use a "one size fits all" or an "off the shelf" approach like the "big-box" stores do). Our tech will then professionally install the equipment and explain the system's operation to you, along with any required periodic maintenance. Finally, should service or repair ever become necessary, the same tech that installed your system will be able to service it in a most efficient manner as he is already familiar with it. In addition to water softeners, Water-Pro also provides new and replacement well pumps, point-of-use & whole-building reverse osmosis systems, salt & chemical delivery, and testing of the water from your well and inside your home for bacteria and other substances as is sometimes required for certain types of real estate transactions. In addition, we have a retail sales counter where you may purchase salt and other supplies, such as citric acid, softener cleaner, chlorine pellets, potassium permanganate, and replacement filter elements. As always, we will load the salt into your vehicle for you. Remember to ask for your " Buy 10, get 1 free " card when visiting us. We also have licensed water plant operators on-staff who manage water systems installed in multi-family dwellings and commercial establishments.
