We are actively searching for income producing properties to allow for a more balanced investment portfolio. Development - The Company offers a wide array of product types such as office, industrial, residential (single-family and condominium), retail and mixed-use projects. Asset Management - Washington Real Estate Partners acquires, owns, manages and operates existing real estate assets. Finance - The Firm provides financing services to our own assets and makes investments on behalf of the Company and its outside partners and clients. Washington Real Estate Partners seeks to capitalize on its long-term local presence in two key markets, Washington, D.C. and South Florida. The Firm and its principals have lived and worked in these key markets for the majority of their professional careers and in some cases for their entire lives.
