Natalie graduated summa cum laude as the first female from BYU-Idahos Construction Management Bachelors program with an emphasis in Architectural Design. She has previously worked in both residential building as a Purchasing Manager and commercial building as a Senior Project Estimator. Her many years of experience in both residential design and commercial estimating enhances her role as CEO and Preconstruction Manager at Waltman Homes. Natalie manages the daily activities of running Waltman Homes. She is also a key part of the design process beginning with creating a floor plan specific to the client. Natalie facilitates all design selections including lighting, flooring, cabinets and much more. With her unique award-winning expertise, the selection process is simplified and exciting. Her designers eye as well as her strength in estimating make her a valuable part of team. Brandon graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho in Construction Management with a Business emphasis and has spent over 20 years in the construction industry. His multi-faceted experience contributes to his success as President and Construction Manager of Waltman Homes. He takes great pride in managing smooth running construction projects: working hard to see that they follow schedules, stay on budget and display the quality he is known for. A naturally optimistic team player, Brandon has created long-term partnerships with trade contractors, which has resulted in a higher level of construction and. Brandon focuses on delivering beautiful, clean, and complete homes to the homeowners. His construction schedules and processes have developed a great reputation among the subcontractors. Brandon's meticulous nature and detailed project management has created an equally strong reputation among our homeowners.
