Quality investment castings for medical, aerospace, oil & gas, energy, agricultural and other industrial applications. Waltek produces ferrous and non-ferrous, near-net-shape castings using the investment casting (lost wax) process. We pour a wide variety of alloys - carbon steel, tool steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, bronze alloys, and some exotic metals. Part sizes range from less than an ounce up to 50 lbs. In addition to producing precision castings, Waltek provides value-added services such as machining, heat-treatment, plating, painting, welding, assembly, non-destructive testing (NDT). We do this with in-house resources (including a machine shop located in Columbus, OH) and with established business partners. We support our OEM customers with complete logistics, tailored to match their manufacturing control systems (JIT, demand pull, Kanban, etc.). We are ISO9001:2015 registered with locations in Minnesota and Ohio.
