Walker Law LLC is owned by Elizabeth T. Walker, an experienced attorney in the federal regulatory and Congressional legislative process. The firm represents corporate, Tribal and individual clients on a variety of issues with a special interest in Native American legal, regulatory and legislative issues, in both state and federal arenas. Walker Law has specific experience with Tribal economic development and program funding, fee lands into Trust, Federal grants, environmental and energy law, and Indian Gaming. The firm has assisted with the development of Tribal laws and constitutions and has represented clients on potential land claims or trust lands issues. In addition, Walker Law litigates in certain practice areas and represents Tribal clients before the US Court of Federal Claims.
