Wakeupkid is a social entrepreneurship venture which, through its projects, videos and posts seeks to utilize the power of the social media and the youth to make a difference in the world. We don’t promise a revolution, where everyone will just stand up and change all the wrong they’ve been doing unintentionally or otherwise, over several years. But what we do intend to do is make you realize to realize the potential India has. We want you, the youth of this country, to exploit it. We want to familiarize you with implementing facts that you’ve known all along, acquaint you with statistics which might push you to think further and shun away that “chalta hai yaar attitude”. Most of us have settled with what we don’t have and for some reason we’ve decided that we can never have it. That’s what we wish to question. Many of you can counter-question us, ” ek jann ke badalne se kya hoga? what can we do?” Well, we aim to work on a micro level. We want to change the world, but for that we need your help. We need you to have faith in us. We need you to respond to our appeals and just execute our minor ideas in your respective daily life.
