Boys Town has been a national leader in the care and treatment of children since its founding more than 100 years ago by Father Edward Flanagan. As one of the largest nonprofit, nonsectarian child and family care organizations in the country, Boys Town provides compassionate, research-proven treatment for behavioral, emotional and physical problems. Boys Town’s outreach is national in scope, with treatment and care programs at more than a dozen sites across the country. We believe that every child, regardless of circumstance, deserves the opportunity to succeed. We also recognize that every child is an individual with unique needs. That’s why, over many decades, we have developed a distinctive, research-based approach to achieving our vision that has proven successful for tens of thousands of children and families.

We fight with love. The Salvation Army is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Our message is based on the Bible, our ministry is motivated by the love of God, and our mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ as we meet human needs in His name without discrimination. Every program we offer is rooted in our passion to serve God by serving the lost, the vulnerable, the needy, the poor, the hurting, the helpless, and the hopeless. Material and spiritual support is our standard - social services delivered with compassion is our model - anyone in need is our prerequisite. Eighty-two cents of every dollar we raise supports our various programs. We are a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization, and contributions are deductible for Federal Income Tax Purposes to the extent permitted under Section 170(b)(2) for corporations.

Safe Horizon is the largest victim service organization in the country. Every year, 250,000 people seek safety through our services. Clients come to us following experiences of physical violence, sexual violence, community violence, emotional abuse, and exploitation. Often they have experienced multiple forms of harm, and for many, it was made worse by an institution that was supposed to protect them. Our Mission: To stand with those who have experienced violence, abuse, and exploitation. We offer unwavering support and advocate for systemic change. Our Vision: We envision a world where safety is a universal human right, and we all share a collective responsibility to protect and uphold it. We strive for a society where people are safe in their communities, homes, bodies, and minds.
