Before starting at WADREX - we travelled and researched in different cities and countries understanding various methods and technologies used to deliver laundry services. Not surprising we learned various complexities in Indian scenario: Multi Culture-Traditional wear, mammoth of “So called branded garments” - “Designer Wears”, Misuse or No use of Garment care labels, color bleeding garments, lack in knowledge of Dry-clean technology by “Most of All” existing laundry service providers, and misconception of dry-clean services in customers mind. All of it makes the Indian market most challenging platform for professional laundry services. WADREX – finally decided to setup a team with cumulative experience of more than 100 years, bringing in technology best suitable to cater to Indian and International garments combine. We first Washed / Dry-cleaned and treated more than 2,00,000 garments including different Indian and Multinational “Brands” and “Designer Wear”. AND ONLY AFTER WHICH WADREX opened up its services to customers to deliver on what we can promise.
