We are an international organization with local footprints. We aim to equip local developers and entrepreneurs to build decentralized applications and businesses of the future. *Public Relations* We plan to collaborate with trusted local and international electronic and print media outlets to inform the public about decentralized applications to accelerate adoption *Advocacy* We intend to support local as well as international high profile personalities to influence policy decisions in West African member countries to facilitate adoption and engagement with our message. *Research* The focus of our research is to work with communities to discover challenges and opportunities for blockchain and decentralized solutions. We examine the root causes of barriers to adoption, build understanding with communities and stakeholders to remove or reduce barriers to enable adoption. *Marketing* Our marketing strategy will focus on existing and future businesses and entrepreneurs in the West Africa sub-region. We will provide information, promote, and facilitate the building of businesses with the latest protocols in blockchain technolgy. *Community Engagement* We will use a membership and volunteer system to engage both local and international community members to leverage skills, experience, and knowledge to spread adoption.
