W. Allen Engineering is a full service engineering firm dedicated to providing consulting services for Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. We specialize in providing all aspects of Construction Management Services, Construction Inspection, Electrical/Lighting distribution system analysis and design. Additionally and by association, our senior managers have extensive hands on experience in coordination with NYS and NYC governmental agencies, property owners, engineering companies, and contractors. W. Allen Engineering PLLC is a New York State and Federal Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), New York City and State Minority Business (MBE), and New York and New Jersey State certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). Furthermore, WAE is also a NYC DOB registered class 2 Special Inspection Agency with a focus in Mechanical, Sprinkler, Structural Steel and Energy Code Compliance inspections amongst others. Our services are also utilized to help close-out open permits and obtain Equipment Use Permits for existing equipment. We also specialize in providing inspections for commercial and residential renovation projects.
