Vyre connects employers and job seekers through intelligence and uses video as a medium. Our system summarizes key candidate information into a Vyre Card, which includes a 90 second video along with a profile where he can showcase his achievements, experience, skills and preferences. For an employer, it provides a tool to attract and engage with candidates by viewing their Vyre cards. An Employer can ‘see’ a candidate right at the start of the hiring process before actually meeting him/her in person. Employers can brand themselves by giving a candidate an insight into the culture and ethos of the organisation by way of creating engaging videos and video job descriptions. Additionally, Vyre enables recruiters to rate candidates. These ratings then form part of the candidate profile, enriching the database for the community.
