VYBE 5 infrared yoga fitness is a results-driven methodology scientifically designed to evolve the mind and body through routine practice of yoga, strength, cardio, flexibility and meditation. Each VYBE 5 session is 55-minutes, performed on a yoga mat under infrared heat and includes the five elements vital to mind-body fitness for a comprehensive experience that delivers results to anyone seeking balance, focus and a pathway to personal goal achievement. Backed by science and vetted by industry leaders in total body fitness and advanced yoga practice, every session is an opportunity to push harder and uncover every facet of your inner and outer strength. During your VYBE 5 session, you will be led through a warm-up followed by three blocks of yoga, strength, and cardiovascular training. The session wraps up with a stretch session to improve your flexibility and meditation to promote reflection and inner peace.
