VVV Management Information

VVV Management is a Trans-Tasman Artist Management and Development company, founded by Tom Larkin and Damian Costin in July 2018, as part of the 123 Music Entertainment Group (123 MEG). The company currently consists of a specialist team of five, working with acts in both hemispheres and a strong international network. VVV MGMT’s Mission is to provide a platform for artists to develop careers and access opportunity through the wide reach of support and infrastructure available to the group as a whole. VVV’s founder, Tom Larkin, is an artist himself, and has spent the last 28 years as backbone of the NZ rock band Shihad. Shihad have sold over 300,000 records worldwide, secured 2 x Gold albums and 6 x ARIA award nominations in Australia. In NZ they have had 9 x Platinum albums and hold the outright record for the Most Number #1 Albums, Most Top 40 Chart Hits, and the most NZ Music Award nominations and wins. As a management company, VVV MGMT is currently responsible for overseeing the careers of Kingswood, Dear Seattle, Eliza & The Delusionals, Bad Juju, Between You & Me, The Vanns, Woodlock, Bare Bones, Caravana Sun, Darren Middleton (Powderfinger) in Australia, and Decades, Villainy and City of Souls in NZ.
