VVector Bio is helping biotech companies efficiently manufacture viral vectors for cell and gene therapy and vaccines using proprietary, cutting-edge technologies available for licensing. We have deep expertise in developing scalable processes for viruses used in these therapies and vaccines, including Adeno-associated virus (AAV), lentivirus (LVV), enveloped VLPs, adenovirus, and other virus-like particles such as NDV. Our processes are fully scalable and ready for transfer to a GMP facility. In the context of AAV, we are developing two proprietary manufacturing technologies aimed at improving and simplifying the manufacturing process. Our first technology is a single plasmid system, which optimizes the traditional three-plasmid transfection method, reducing overall costs by 20% and increasing AAV manufacturing yields by 5x. The second technology is a high-producer cell line capable of producing AAV at orders of magnitude higher yields than current industry standards.
