We are developing an interpersonal wiki for informal learning and self-publishing. As the difference between customers, employees, and vendors becomes more ambiguous, a new model for authoring information becomes necessary. We think of it as a many-to-many relationship. We have worked for over three years with small industrial companies to improve business and manufacturing processes. We believe the time is ripe for a documentation marketplace.
