VTS Systems, (a division of Collision Management USA LP) has assumed the mantle of software development and distribution. Collision Management and VTS Systems are small well structured companies whose partners and employees are passionate about customer satisfaction and the simplified use of leading edge communication technologies to enhance client profitability and product quality. Our software is written in Texas, and our sales, training and technical support team lives in the United States and Canada. The quality and reliability of our product allows us to offer exceptional one-on-one customer support when needed. Chris Hulsey our chief technical officer and software guru began developing Vehicle Tracking System 2000 (VTS) in 1996 and over more than a decade of development, it has evolved into VTS Lite and VTS Classic. In the beginning our distribution was limited to the City of Houston and East Texas, but as our client base grew along with computer and communications technology and the Internet, so did our reputation for excellence. Today, more than 120 towing and storage lot companies within metropolitan Houston, and several hundreds more throughout the United States and Canada rely on VTS Systems and VTS products to support their daily business operations.
