Our refurbishment covers: • Above and underground vessels • Turnaround and in-service inspection (washdown and overpaint where required) • 10 year inspection (relief valve replacement) • 20 year thorough inspection (full valve & fittings replacement) • LPG vessel modifications and conversions (typically, addition of new bosses and conversion of above ground vessels to underground) • Full shot blast • Full repaint • Hot works • Hydraulic (hydro) testing • Pneumatic (air) testing • NDE (visual, dye-pen & MPI) • Powdercoat removal (pyrolysis) • Degassing and recharging • Hoods, stickers, cathodic protection, etc • QA documentation We work closely with a local haulage company and we can arrange the uplift, removal and delivery of your vessel. VTF manufacture a wide range of products for use in the LPG sector: • Cylinder storage cages • Cylinder storage cabinets • Cylinder stillages • Various configurations of vessel access steps • Skid units • Various steelwork items These can be supplied galvanised, painted or powdercoated.
