VSef Information

Developed in collaboration with event planners and virtual/digital platforms, VSef enables you to consume consistent and robust event engagement data into your wider business systems without being confined by data silos. Most organisers use a variety of virtual event technologies across their business; however the data produced is very different from one vendor to the next. Inconsistent data presents barriers to learning, progress and business intelligence; hence the emergence of VSef. VSef was conceived and is led by Explori, the global event measurement platform and strategic consultancy. VSef is a not-for-profit initiative and it provides an open-source data format anyone can use. VSef has 4 main working groups as follows: Corporate Events, Expo Organisers, Data Design and Event Platforms. These groups are committed to working with Explori to help update and improve the data format on an ongoing basis.
