VS Advisory is an independent management consulting firm enabling organisations to get better at delivering their transformation agenda. We do this by facilitating strategic conversations, working within the ‘cultural’ context of the client firms and ‘coaching’ manager to deliver. Transformation is a significant area, and we focus on delivering value by A) Defining the Transformation agenda We facilitate strategic and business planning, identifying and defining key transformational opportunities. We review performance issues and assess new business opportunities by understanding changes in the market and developing deep insights about competitors’ capabilities and customers' issues and perception of the market. Once there is a clear and endorsed strategy in place, we produce project briefs, building a compelling business case and plans with a clear scope of work and expected benefits. We work with managers across the business to create a coherent and aligned roadmap for transformation. B) Transformation Culture and Delivery We define a fit for purpose governance and delivery organisation, define accountability for delivering the transformation, establish a tailored delivery approach and lead complex programs and projects. We review and redesign the way of working matching the complexity and scale of the transformation. We help organisations quickly identify organisational capability gap and provide actionable recommendations to improve delivery maturity.
