Strivr is building the intelligence layer for frontline work using AI and smart glasses to enable hands-free error detection and correction in the flow of work. Instead of relying on memory, static SOPs, or outdated training, frontline teams receive real-time support during critical tasks — helping reduce mistakes, improve consistency, and strengthen execution across sites and shifts. Strivr makes smart glasses intelligent for the frontline by learning how work is performed in each customer environment, training Visual Language Models (VLMs) to understand task-specific workflows and context, and delivering real-time guidance when errors, omissions, or out-of-sequence execution occur. Founded out of Stanford University’s Virtual Human Interaction Lab, Strivr pioneered immersive learning at enterprise scale, training more than one million employees in VR.
